Tim and Niki cut their teeth growing grapes and making wine in Australia and around the world for over a decade. They were attracted to Timboon's potential to produce fine cool climate wines grown on its clay and limestone soils. Since 2021 they have been dedicated to planting their organic farm with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc. While their young vineyard matures, they continue to work with a handful of experienced Victorian growers who farm consciously.

Their wines aim to express varietal character and the unique sites they are grown on. Unfined, unfiltered and made without the use of additives, including no preservatives. An ode to the Matriarchs (Babches) in their families who made wine this way, by hand and unadulterated.
