The journey to Great Ocean Road Cordial Syrups has been nothing short of extraordinary. Growing up on a forward-thinking beef farm, absorbed the paddock-to-plate lifestyle from my parents. My culinary education at Gordon Tech College in Geelong, followed by a decade spent cooking and exploring in Australia and the UK, has paved the way for an incredible venture.

Returning to my roots, I married a dairy farmer and embarked on a mission to create something truly special. What started as farm tours quickly transformed into the creation of delightful cordial syrups, inspired by the enthusiastic feedback of our guests. This genuine passion for great flavors has led us to develop an array of irresistible varieties, now available at local markets and businesses.
